To provide client service support to the home based teams. Collect medical documentation and information in order to setup new clients of 180 Medical. Audit patient files to meet state rules and regulations.
Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred, not required.
Clerical and administrative experience required.Possess medical administrative skills
Good verbal and written communication skills with professionals in clinics and hospitals
Ability to reason and problem solve
Multi task a variety of issues
Strong organization skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Reader
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and dependable
Able to work independently

Possesses a California exemptee license
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
Infrequent light physical effort required.
Occasional lifting under 20 lbs.

Request (via fax, email and phone) necessary documentation for clients
Assist with company projects
Make entries as appropriate in Medtrack, an internal Microsoft Access database
Make entries in the OC tracker, an internal Web based program
Assist auditors by answering questions and providing requested information
Send business letters and Thank You cards
Cross flow pertinent information with assigned team members
