To warm transfer unserviceable patients and to help insure client documentation requirements stay current and valid.
To process new plans of cares for clients whose plan of care has expired. Successfully warm transfer patients who we are unable to service due to product need or insurance benefit. To also help bring 180’s client base into compliance anytime a new requirement is implemented due a change by carrier or as the result of an audit client service support to the Account Management teams. Collect medical documentation and information in order to setup new clients of 180 Medical.
