  • Overview

    To warm transfer unserviceable patients, set up new clients, and to help ensure client documentation requirements stay current and valid.


    To process new plans of cares for clients whose plan of care has expired.  Successfully warm transfer patients who we are unable to service due to product need or insurance benefit.  To also help bring 180’s client base into compliance anytime a new requirement is implemented due a change by carrier or as the result of an audit client service support to the Account Management teams.  Collect medical documentation and information in order to setup new clients of 180 Medical. 


    • Must have a high school diploma, college degree preferred, not required.
    • Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Possess medical administrative skills
    • Good communication skills with professionals in clinics and hospitals
    • Sales experience preferred
    • Ability to reason, problem solve, and think outside the box
    • Multi-task a variety of issues
    • Good organization skills and can prioritize tasks
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
    • Good attention to detail
    • Reliable/dependable
    • Flexible and adaptable to changes in environment and industry
    • Team Player; work well with others
    • Maintain confidentiality; Listen to others without interrupting; Remain open to others' ideas and tries new things.

    Physical Demands:


    • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
    • Infrequent light physical effort required.
    • Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.

    Work Environment:  

    Work performed in an office environment.

    • Implements the Company Mission
    • Contact clients to warm transfer to a provider who will assist the client
    • Solicit and obtain new POC’s on clients whose plans are expiring
    • Implement new changes to documentation requirements to existing client base
    • Handle incoming phone calls from clients regarding orders & customer service issues
    • Request Medicare documentation on Medicare clients
    • Contacts medical facilities to obtain cultures and UAs on potential clients
    • Make entries as appropriate in Medtrack an internal Microsoft Access database
    • Place orders in Medtrack
    • Change orders in Medtrack
    • Support Team Supervisor on miscellaneous projects
    • Scanning and faxing all types of documentation to medical facilities
    • Verifying insurance for existing customer insurance changes
    • Performs follow up phone calls to clients after initial shipment
    • Verifies that client files are complete and all necessary documentation is in place
    • All other duties as assigned.
